Refunds & returns

30-day returns

Return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email periclesflagg@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving.

Damaged or wrong item

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — no need to send the damaged one back.

Personalized items

Monogrammed products are made to order and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or with the wrong initials.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship, usually within 2 business days.

Delivery times

Items ship from our fulfilment partner within 2 business days and typically arrive in 7–15 days with tracking. If an order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, we'll refund or reship it.
